1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this web application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from accessing or utilizing our platform.
2. Service Scope & Availability
We provide high-performance digital services with an uptime target of 99.9%. While we strive for continuous service availability, we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours with reasonable advance notice.
3. User Accounts & Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and session tokens. Any activities conducted under your registered account remain your sole responsibility. You must immediately alert our security team if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
4. Payment Terms & Settlement
All transactions processed via Paystack are settled in Nigerian Naira (₦) and recorded with Kobo precision. Receipts are generated immediately upon successful cryptographic webhook confirmation. Refund requests must be lodged within 7 working days from transaction timestamp and are subject to verification.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the platform and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation prior to formal litigation.
